Raissa’s Luxury Boutique has a NO REFUND policy! Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded! If there is an issue with your order and it is an error on our part, feel free to email us with the name on the order as well as your order number. If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS! Priority packages come with insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS and get your money back!
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!
